2: On-Site Visit
We would come to your location to discuss the details and the goals and desires of your project.
3: Design Retainer
You retain us for the design of your project. We will deliver a custom plan and proposal that best suits you and your family's needs.

4: Proposal Design Complete
Delivery of design and proposal to you at your home.
5: Start Job
Execute the work order and start the job.
Design Plans: Custom Tailored to Your Project
Decks & More, Inc. will do the following:
- 2-3 Floor plan views specifically for your project
- Very detailed Scope of work & proposal specifically for your project
- Multiple photos: 3-5 color photos of our past projects
- 1 = 3-D Drawings of a similar project which we completed in the past
- Provide a 10 person reference list for you
- Pictures of our Award-Winning Work
Design & Proposal Investment Schedule
- Floor Plan Design and Pictures…. Deck = $750.00 Covered/Porch = $750.00
- 3D Design of Your Project (2-3 weeks lead time)…. $2,400.00
- Architectural Drawing with Designer……$5,100.00+
This is a Non-Refundable fee. We will credit your Proposal & Design Investment towards your job.
